Prins NatureCare Diet Cat WEIGHT REDUCTION & Diabetic is recommended for overweight, adult cats. Also suitable for cats suffering from diabetes ,ellitus. After opening, the food should be used within 2 days and kept in the refrigerator. It is best to serve this food at room temperature. No further preparation is required. Divide the daily portion over several small meals per day. The food can be offered as a main meal or as change to the regular feeding routine. Always provide fresh drinking water at room temperature in a permanently accessible place. No supplemental food recommended. The particular nutritional purpose is the reduction of overweight and/or regulation of the glucose release (diabetes mellitus). Essential nutritional characteristics: low in energy value and low content in fast glucose-producing carbohydrates. Recommended use: until the desired bodyweight has been reached or initially no more than 6 months. It is recommended to consult a veterinary before use. Contraindications: gestation, lactation and growth.
