ProCare Croque Veterinary Diet Urinary is an extruded kibble for dissolving struvite uroliths in adult dogs and to prevent reoccuring struvite and calcium oxalate bladder stones.

  • Struvite urolith dissolution. The addition of urine acidifiers aid the dissolution of struvite bladder uroliths.
  • Calcium oxalate preventative. Reduced calcium levels help prevent recurrence of calcium oxalate bladder stones.

The food can be given dry. No further preparation is needed. Always make sure to provide fresh drinking water at room temperature. Divide the daily portion of ProCare Croque Veterinary Diet URINARY into at least two meals a day. If you want to give your adult dog an additional treat, offer it Prins NatureCare Veterinary Diet Dog STRUVITE & Calciumoxalate for one or more consecutive days. The healthy and natural fresh meat meals for your dog. Supplemented foods are not recommended. ProCare Croque Veterinary Diet URINARY is especially suitable for adult dogs, for the dissolution of struvite stones. Also suitable to reduce the recurrence of struvite stones and calcium oxalate stones. Particular nutritional purpose: dissolution of struvite stones and/or reducing struvite and oxalate stone recurrence. Essential nutritional characteristics: urine-acidifying properties, reduced protein content, high-quality proteins, low level of vitamin D, low level of calcium and magnesium and urine-alkalising properties. Contraindications: pups, pregnant or lactating dogs, other forms of bladder stones, heart and/or kidney problems. Recommended duration of consumption: for the dissolution of struvite bladder stones, the recommended duration of consumption is 5-12 weeks. To reduce the recurrence of struvite bladder stones and calcium-oxalate formation, the recommended duration of use is up to 6 months. It is recommended that a veterinarian's opinion be sought before use or before extending the period of use.
