As of January 1, 2025, Edupet will takeover Annorlunda Dog Training Center. The goal is for both parties to enhance each other’s strengths. Edupet, a leading provider of pet education, will gain an even broader range of training programs, while Annorlunda will benefit from a strong organizational structure.
Annorlunda, meaning “different,” has successfully provided an innovative and prominent voice in the professional dog industry for years under the leadership of founders Erica Bokelmann and Monique Bladder. To ensure growth and continuity, they decided to reorganize the structure of their programs and sought collaboration with Edupet. Annorlunda had already been using Edupet’s training facilities in Veenendaal.
Both Edupet and Annorlunda offer programs to become dog training instructors or behavior therapists. These programs will continue to exist independently, allowing students to choose the curriculum that best fits their needs in terms of content and structure. For current students and instructors of both Edupet and Annorlunda, nothing will change.
The addition of Annorlunda allows Edupet to offer a wider range of training options. What unites Edupet and Annorlunda is their shared commitment to practical and reliable knowledge, grounded in the latest scientific insights, with animal welfare as the highest priority.
Erica Bokelmann and Monique Bladder will continue to teach as lead instructors at Annorlunda and remain responsible for the design, structure, and content of the various Annorlunda modules. Through this transition, they will primarily hand over organizational tasks, such as managing registrations and other logistical matters.
